The Dallas Cowboys announced Thursday that they have signed WR LaRon Byrd to a contract, per Brian McIntyre.
He recently visited with the Cowboys, so this doesn’t come as a huge surprise given that they could use some additional help at the receiver position. Byrd previously worked out for the Giants as well.
Byrd, 24, signed on with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of Miami back in 2012. He lasted just a few months before the team ultimately waived him.
