Eagles G Evan Mathis mentioned that he’s hoping to be in Philadelphia for the years to come despite the fact that he’ll be a free agent in the coming days.
“I’d like to return,” Mathis said, via Philadelphia Inquirer. “I do get the impression that they want me back.”
He even mentioned that the team is interested in retain so there’s a good chance that something can be worked out but no guarantees.

He joins Carl Nicks and Ben Grubbs as the best available guards in this years free agent market.
