According to Tim McManus, the Eagles are hiring veteran NFL coach Marty Mornhinweg to serve as an offensive consultant to HC Doug Pederson.
Mornhinweg was last with the Ravens as offensive coordinator, but parted ways with the team after Baltimore promoted Greg Roman to his position in 2019.
Mornhinweg, 57, began his NFL coaching career with the Packers as an offensive assistant back in 1995. Since then, he’s worked for the 49ers, Lions, Eagles and Jets before the Ravens hired him as their QBs coach in 2015.
Baltimore promoted Mornhinweg to offensive coordinator in 2016.
In 2018, the Ravens offense was No. 9 in total yards, No. 13 in points scored, No. 2 in rushing offense and No. 22 in passing offense.
