Ian Rapoport of the Boston Herald reports that the Philadelphia Eagles made an offer to newly retired WR Randy Moss following his announcement that he was retiring from the NFL.
Moss has filed his retirement papers but that hasn’t changed Brett Favre from coming back so there’s still a chance that Moss could join the Eagles.
Philadelphia has been in on almost every free agent in the last week or so and despite already netting a number of free agents they appear to still have some cap space. It also helps when players are taking much less for the chance to play with Michael Vick.
