The Philadelphia Eagles announced Saturday that they’veย re-signed LB Najee Goode to a contract.
The Eagles’ roster was currently at 52 players, so they won’t need to make a subsequent roster move to make room for Goode.
Goode, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Buccaneers back in 2012. He spent just over a year in Tampa Bay before he was waived and later claimed by the Eagles.
Philadelphia brought Goode back on a one-year contract back in February only to cut him loose a week ago, as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.
In 2015, Goode appeared in 14 games and recorded 11 tackles for the Eagles.
