Elliott, 24, is a former fifth-round pick of the Bengals back in 2017. He signed a four-year, $2.677 million contract, but was cut loose coming out of the preseason and later signed to the team’s practice squad.
The Eagles signed Elliott to their practice squad a few weeks later.
In 2018, Elliott appeared in all 16 games for the Eagles and converted 26 of 31 field goal attempts (83.9 percent) to go along with 33 of 35 extra point tries (94.3 percent).
