Sullivan, 24, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent out of Shepherd back in May. He was set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract when the Eagles cut him loose coming out of the preseason.
Sullivan later reverted to their injured reserve list before he was waived with an injury settlement a week later. The Eagles brought him back on a futures contract this past January only to cut him loose last week.
During his four-year college career at Shepherd, Sullivan appeared in 45 games and recorded 149 total tackles, four tackles for loss, six interceptions, 24 pass defenses, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and scored two defensive touchdowns.
