Eagles Waive S Will Parks, Promote S Grayland Arnold From PS

The Eagles officially cut S Will Parks and announced his spot on the roster would be filled by practice squad S Grayland Arnold

Philadelphia also released DE Shareef Miller from the practice squad.

James Palmer of NFL Media reports that the Eagles are waiving S Will Parks on Tuesday.

Parks has confirmed the news on his Twitter account:

The Eagles reportedly made Parks available for trade leading up to this year’s deadline, so it was clear they weren’t completely sold on his fit in Philadelphia.

Parks, 26, is a former sixth-round pick by the Broncos in the 2016 NFL Draft. He finished his four-year rookie contract before signing a one-year deal with the Eagles this past March.

Parks is in line to be an unrestricted free agent again in 2021.

In 2020, Parks has appeared in six games for the Eagles and recorded 13 tackles and no interceptions.
