The Philadelphia Eagles announced Tuesday that they’ve placed DT Aziz Shittu (knee) and WR Dom Williams (Achilles) on waivers with injury designations.
It both players clear waivers, they would revert to the Eagles’ injured reserve list.

Williams, 26, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Chargers as an undafted free agent out of Washington State back in May. He was unfortunately waived coming out of the preseason but later finished out the year on the Chargers practice squad.
The Eagles signed him to a future/reserve contract this past January.
During his college career, Williams caught 192 passes for 2,889 yards receiving and 30 touchdowns.
