Falcons HC Dan Quinn said first-round S Keanu Nealย (knee) will make his NFL debut during Monday night’s Week 3 game, per Vaughn McClure.

It was reported four weeks ago that Neal was expected to miss 3-4 weeks after undergoing minor surgery to repair a knee injury, so it appears he is on-track with his recovery.
Neal, 22, was taken with theย No. 17 overall pick by the Falcons and should have a good shot at securingย a starting role.
According toย OverTheCap.com,ย Neal received aย four-year contract worth $10,737,646 to go along with a signing bonus of $6,009,196.
During his three-year college career at Florida, Neal recorded 134 tackles, 4.5 tackles for a loss, two sacks, four interceptions, two forced fumbles, a forced fumble and five pass defenses.
