Falcons Re-Sign S Charles Godfrey Among, Release LB Allen Bradford

The Atlanta Falcons announced several roster moves on Tuesday including re-signing S Charles Godfrey on Tuesday and released LB Allen Bradford.

• The Falcons also signed WR Devon Wylie and RB Gus Johnson to their practice squad.
• The Falcons released RB Juhwan Edwards and LB Derek Akunne from practice squad

Godfrey, 29, signed a one-year contract worth $1.5 million with the Falcons back in March, but he lasted just one week into the regular season before Atlanta released him.

The Falcons elected to bring him back a few weeks ago before releasing him a year ago.

This season Godfrey has appeared in one game and hasn’t recorded a single statistic.
