The Atlanta Falcons announced Tuesday that they’ve signed DE Austin Larkin to their practice squad and released OL Anthony Coyle from the unit.
Hereโs the Falcons updated practice squad:
- S Chris Cooper
- DT Justin Zimmer
- OT Lukayus McNeil
- LB Ahmad Thomas
- TE Carson Meier
- WR Devin Gray
- QB Danny Etling
- DB C.J. Reavis
- RB Craig Reynolds
- DE Austin Larkin
Larkin, 24, originally signed on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Purdue back in 2018. He lasted just a few months in Dallas before being waived coming out of the preseason.
The Falcons later signed Larkin to a contract this past May and eventually added him to their practice squad. Since then, he’s been on and off of the unit.
During his college career at Purdue, Larkin appeared in 18 games and recorded 42 tackles, 2.5 sacks, and a forced fumbles over the course of two seasons.
