The New York Giants officially placed OT Jessamen Dunker on the injured reserve list Thursday after he passed through waivers unclaimed.
Dunker wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Tennessee State back in May. He stands to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract.
New York waived him with an injury designation on Wednesday.
During his college career at Tennessee State, Dunker started 43 games and played both guard and tackle. He was a first-team FCS All-America in 2016.
