James Kratch of NJ.com reports that the Giants have signed French WR Anthony Dable to a contract.
The Giants brought Dable in for a workout on Wednesday.
It’s likely that this a future/reserve type of contract that will give him the opportunity to compete for a roster spot in offseason workouts and training camp.
Dable, 27, played for the Germany-based team, the Braunschweig New Yorker Lions, in 2015 and helped them win their second straight league championship. He offers great size at 6-foot-5 and 215 pounds.
Over the past two years, Dable has recorded 145 receptions for close to 2,500 yards and 32 touchdowns for the Lions.
