Giants Signing LB Keenan Robinson To A One-Year, $3.5M Deal

Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reports that the Giants are signing LB Keenan Robinson to a contract.

• Rand Getlin reports that Robinson receives a one-year deal worth up to $3.5 million.

Reports from earlier mentioned that Robinson was someone to keep an eye on for the Giants, and sure enough a deal was completed just hours later.

Robinson, 26, is a former fourth-round pick of the Redskins. He played out his rookie contract with the team before testing the open market for the first time this year.

In 2015, Robinson appeared in 12 games for the Redskins and recorded 63 tackles, one interception, a fumble recovery and three pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 72 linebacker out of 97 qualifying players.
