“Good Chance” Bengals WR A.J. Green Returns In Week 12

Josina Anderson reports that Bengals WR A.J. Green has a “good chance” of returning for the team’s Week 12 game against the Browns, barring any setbacks following his visit with foot specialist Dr. Robert Anderson.

Green has been sidelined with a foot injury, but it sounds like he’s making good progress, despite some talk he could be out until December.

Green, 30, is a former first-round pick of the Bengals back in 2011. He’s currently in the fourth year of his five-year, $70.176 million contract that included $26.75 million guaranteed and set to make base salaries of $10.55 million and $11.97 million over the remainder of the agreement.

In 2018, Green has appeared eight games for the Bengals and caught 45 passes for 687 yards receiving and six touchdowns.
