Jaguars Activate 11 Practice Squad Players From COVID-19 List

The Jaguars announced Thursday they have activated 11 players from the practice squad COVID-19 list. 

We have moved 11 players to the practice squad from the Practice Squad/COVID-19 list:

RB Nathan Cottrell
TE Ben Ellefson
LB Nate Evans
LB Joe Giles-Harris
WR Terry Godwin
WR Josh Hammond
OL Jared Hilbers
S Doug Middleton
CB Josh Nurse
OL Austen Pleasants

The full list includes: 

1. RB Nathan Cottrell
2. LB Nate Evans
3. LB Joe Giles-Harris
4. WR Terry Godwin
5. WR Josh Hammond

7. WR Trey Quinn
8. DB Josh Nurse
9. OT Jared Hilbers
10. S Doug Middleton
11. TE Ben Ellefson

That leaves practice squad OT KC McDermott presumably still on the list. 

Jacksonville placed 12 players from the practice squad on the COVID-19 list last week after contact tracing showed them as close contacts. 

However, only one player tested positive and this presumably indicates it was McDermott. 

The rest of the players are free to join team activities now.
