Jaguars OL Ryan Pope is the only player remaining on the COVID-19 list.
Oliver, 23, was drafted in the third round by the Jaguars out of San Jose State in 2019. He signed a four-year rookie deal worth $4.25 million.
In 2019, Oliver appeared in four games for the Jaguars before going on injured reserve and caught three passes for 15 yards.
