Jaguars Claim QB Jeff Tuel Off Waivers From Bills

The Jackson Jaguars have claimed QB Jeff Tuel off of waivers from the Bills on Monday, according to the NFL Transactions release.

  • The Jaguars waived QB Jake Waters to a make room for Tuel.

Tuel, 24, signed on with the Bills as an undrafted free agent out of Washington State back in April of 2013.

However, the Bills waived him last week to make room for QB Matt Simms, who they claimed off of waivers from the Jets on Friday.

In 2014, Tuel threw for 309 yards while completing 44.1 percent of his passes to go along with one touchdown and three interceptions. y.
