Jaguars Plan To Sign DE Lyndon Johnson

According to Phillip Heilman, the Jaguars plan to sign DE Lyndon Johnson to fill the final spot on their 90-man roster.

Johnson was waived to make room for WR Terrelle Pryor last month and now gets a chance to return.

Johnson, 25, was signed by the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Cincinnati in 2018. He was unfortunately released at the end of the preseason during final roster cuts.

Johnson caught on with the Jaguars’ practice squad and was signed to the active roster late in the season.

In 2018, Johnson appeared in three games and recorded two total tackles, one tackle for loss and no sacks.
