According to Aaron Wilson, the Jaguars promoted TE Ben Ellefson from their practice squad and signed TE Eric Saubert to their taxi squad.
Jacksonville also cut CB Josh Nurse from their practice squad.
The Jaguars’ practice squad now consists of:

- TE Eric Saubert
Ellefson originally signed on with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of North Dakota State in April. He was among their final roster cuts coming out of the preseason and re-signed to their practice squad.
During his college career, Ellefson appeared in 55 games and recorded 35 receptions for 463 yards receiving (13.2 YPC) and 16 touchdowns.
