Miller, 24, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Jaguars last year as an undrafted free agent out of Dartmouth. He was set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract when Jacksonville cut him loose at the start of the regular season.
The Jaguars brought Miller back on a futures contract this past January only to waive him a few weeks ago.
During his college career at Dartmouth, Miller recorded 29 tackles, three tackles for a loss, and four pass defenses over the course of 15 games.
