The Jacksonville Jaguars officially signed five players to futures contracts for the 2020 season on Monday.
The full list includes:
- OT Blake Hance
- DE Chuck Harris
- OT Ryan Pope
- DT Brian Price
- DB Jayson Stanley
Futures deals are essentially camp invites that will give players the opportunity to compete for roster spots during offseason workouts and training camp.
Price, 25, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Texas-San Antonio back in 2016. He spent over a year in Green Bay before being waived at the start of the 2017 season and later claimed by the Cowboys.
Price had brief stints with the Raiders, Browns and Colts before signing on to the Jaguars’ practice squad in October.
For his career, Price has appeared in 22 games and recorded 20 tackles, no sacks and a pass defense.
