The Jacksonville Jaguars announced Thursday that they’ve signed WR Shaq Evans to a contract.
Evans, 25, is a former fourth-round pick of the Jets back in 2014. However, he unfortunately missed his rookie season due to a shoulder injury and was later waived at the start of last year.
The Jaguars signed him to their practice squad a few weeks into the 2015 season and brought him back on a future/reserve contract this past January. Unfortunately, Evans was among their roster cuts earlier in the week.
Evans has yet to appear in an NFL game.
