The Jacksonville Jaguars announced Sunday that they’ve signed five players who took part in their rookie minicamp on a tryout basis this weekend including:
- Tulane TE Charles Jones
- Utah OL Jordan Agasiva
- Georgia Southern S Josh Moon
- UNLV DB Jocquez Kalili
- UCF TE Michael Colubiale
The Jaguars also waived Arkansas State DB Cody Brown and North Texas DT Roderick Young with injury designations.
Both players will revert to the Jaguars’ injured reserve list once they clear waivers.
The Jaguars also waived TE Carson Meier, CB Marquez Sanford and WR Papi White.
Jones, 6-4, 255lb, wound up going undrafted out of Tulane a few weeks ago. Undrafted free agents are expected to sign three-year, $1.755 million contracts in 2019.
During his four-year college career at Tulane, Jones caught 61 passes for 460 yards receiving (7.5 YPR) and eight touchdowns over the course of 36 games.
