According to Howard Balzer, the Jacksonville Jaguars worked out free-agent P Brock Miller on Wednesday.
Miller, 27, wound up going undrafted out of Southern Utah back in 2014. He took part in rookie minicamps with the Colts and Raiders and worked out for a number of teams including the Texans, Rams, Buccaneers, Broncos, Packers, Browns, Bears, 49ers, Lions and Jaguars.
The 49ers elected to sign Miller to a future/reserve contract back in 2017, but unfortunately, cut him loose shortly after last year’s draft.
During his college career at Southern Utah, Miller totaled 7,055 punt yards on 164 attempts (43.02 YPA). He also kicked field goals for Southern Utah during his freshman year and was 12 of 17 and made 27 of 28 extra-point tries
