Field Yates reports that the Jets have claimed WR/KR Quadree Henderson off of waivers from the Giants on Friday.
Henderson, 22, wound up signing on with the Steelers as an undrafted free agent out of Pittsburgh back in April. He agreed to a three-year, $1.71 million contract but was, unfortunately, waived coming out of the preseason.
The Giants later signed Henderson to their practice squad before promoting him to their active roster. New York waived him on Thursday.
In 2018, Henderson appeared in five games for the Giants and totaled 112 kick return yards and 68 punt return yards.
