Adam Schefter reports that the New York Jets have brought back WR Santonio Holmes with a five-year worth $50 million that with include $24 million in guarantees.
The Jets made it clear that they were going to do everything that they could to keep Holmes despite a number of teams showing interest in him. Re-signing Holmes makes the Jets a legitimate Super Bowl contender. No the focus shifts to players like Braylon Edwards and Nnamdi Asomugha.
