According to Brian Costello, the Jets have signed RB Kenneth Dixon to their active roster on Wednesday.
Dixon, 25, is a former fourth-round pick of the Ravens back in 2016. He signed a four-year, $2.723 million rookie contract that included a $383,392 signing bonus.
The Ravens waived Dixon coming out of the preseason with an injury designation and he later reverted to the team’s injured reserve list. From there, Baltimore cut him loose with a settlement before Week 1.
The Jets brought him in for a workout last month.
In 2018, Dixon appeared in six games for the Ravens and rushed for 333 yards on 60 carries (5.6 YPC) to go along with six receptions for 51 yards receiving and two total touchdowns.
