Catanzaro, 28, signed on with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of Clemson back in 2014. He has spent all three years of his career with the Cardinals before they elected to not tender him a contract last year, making him an unrestricted free agent.

The Jets later signed him to a one-year contract last March and after a year in New York, Catanzaro agreed to a contract with the Buccaneers. The Bucs waived him in November, 2018.

In 2018, Catanzaro appeared in nine games for the Buccaneers and made 11 of 15 field goal attempts (73.3 percent) to go along with 23 of 27 extra point tries (85.2 percent).  In four games with the Panthers, Catanzaro was a perfect 5 of 5 on field goal attempts and 7 of 8 on extra points.
