According to Ian Rapoport, an MRI on Bills RB LeSean McCoy‘s hamstring revealed that he’sย day-to-day. Rapoport adds that McCoy’s availability will be watched closely throughout the week.
The Bills have Chris Ivory and Marcus Murphy behind McCoy on their depth chart in case he’s unable to suit up in Week 15.
McCoy actually came up in trade rumors leading up to this year’s deadline, but Buffalo elected to hold on to him.
McCoy, 30, is a former second-round pick of the Eagles back in 2009. After six years in Philadelphia, McCoy was traded to the Bills, who later signed him to a five-year, $40 million contract that included $20 million guaranteed.
McCoy stands to make base salaries of $6 million and $6.075 million over the next two years of the agreement.
In 2018, McCoy has appeared in 12 games for the Bills and rushed for 479 yards on 145 carries (3.3 YPC) to go along with 29 receptions for 210 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
