According to Dave Birkett, the Detroit Lions are hosting former Bears TE Daniel Brown for a visit on Friday.
Four other teams are interested in Brown, per Birkett.
Brown, 26, wound up signing on with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent out of James Madison back in 2015. He spent a year and a half in Baltimore before he was waived in 2016 and later claimed off of waivers by the Bears.
Chicago brought Brown back on a one-year contract last year, but declined to tender him a restricted offer, making him an unrestricted free agent. The Bears later signed Brown to a one-year deal for 2018.
In 2018, Brown appeared in 14 games for the Bears. He was not targetted on the season.
