According to Adam Schefter, the Detroit Lions will host former Chiefs RB Spencer Ware for a visit on Monday.
The Lions are looking for a backup running back behind starter Kerryon Johnson.
Ware, 27, is a former sixth-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2013. He spent over a year in Seattle before signing on with the Chiefs at the end of the 2014 season.

In 2018, Ware appeared in 13 games for the Chiefs, rushing 51 times for 246 yards (4.8 YPC) and two touchdowns. Ware also caught 20 passes for 224 yards receiving.
