The Detroit Lions announced Wednesday that they’ve re-signed DE Jeremiah Valoaga to their practice squad and released LB Thurston Armbrister from the unit.
The Lions’ practice squad now consists of:
- WR Dontez Ford (Injured)
- C Leo Koloamatangi
- DE Earl Okine
- TE Hakeem Valles
- WR Andy Jones
- QB Brad Kaaya
- OT Dan Skipper
- DB Adairius Barnes
- WR Jace Billingsley
- DB Stefan McClure
- DE Jeremiah Valoaga
Valoaga, 23, signed on with the Lions as an undrafted free agent out of UNLV back in May. He was in the first year of his three-year, $1.66 million contract and set to earn a base salary of $465,000 this year when the Lions cut him loose last week.
In 2017, Valoaga has appeared in nine games for the Lions and recorded five total tackles and one sack.
