The Detroit Lions have signed fifth-round CB Amani Oruwariye to a four-year contract on Thursday, according to Kyle Meinke.
Oruwariye is the first of the Lions’ 2019 draft picks to sign his rookie deal:

Oruwariye, 23, was selected with the No. 146 overall pick in the fifth round by the Lions out of Penn State. He’s projected to receive a four-year, $2,827,622 contract that includes a $307,622 signing bonus.
During his college career at Penn State, Oruwariye recorded 106 tackles, eight interceptions, one defensive touchdown, 20 pass defenses and a forced fumble over the course of four seasons and 38 games.
