Pro Football Talk, citing a league source, reports that the Lions are re-signing veteran TEย Kellen Davis to a contract on Tuesday.
Detroit originally signed Davis to their active roster back in October, but elected to cut him loose a month later.
Davis, 28, signed on with the Seahawks last year, but he lasted until March before he was ultimately cut loose. He would later sign a deal with the Giants, however, Davis was among their roster cuts a few months ago.
Last year, Davis appeared in 15 games and caught three passes for 32 yards and a touchdown.
