Todd Archer reports that Cowboys WR Miles Austin has been officially ruled out of Sunday’s game against the Chargers.

Austin missed three straight practices with another hamstring injury, so the Cowboys are likely to start rookie Terrance Williams in his place.

Dallas is hoping to have WR Dwayne Harris in Week 4, despite the fact that he has been dealing with a hip pointer injury in recent days.
