Bills

• Florida State HC Jimbo Fisher didn’t shy away from telling NFL teams that he believed QB E.J. Manuel was a third-round prospect. (Adam Schefter)

Dolphins

Omar Kelly reports that Dolphins DE Derrick Shelby was arrested at a Fort Lauderdale nightclub for “causing a disturbance.“

“Derrick maintains his innocence,” said Shelby’s attorney, Daniel Rosenberg. “There’s a lot of conflicting information about his arrest.”

“We are aware of the reports regarding Derrick Shelby and are in the process of gathering information,” a Dolphins spokesman said.

Raiders

• Ian Rapoport reports that Jim Harbaugh is a name to watch for the Raiders head coaching job as they could offer the 49ers compensation in return for Harbaugh and he wouldn’t have to relocate.
