• CB Dee Milliner has yet to run at full speed after sustaining a high-ankle sprain on August 10 and is at risk of missing Week 1’s game. (Rich Cimini)

• Free agent QB David Garrard tweeted that he would be interested in joining the team following the loss of QB Sam Bradford for the season.

• HC Jay Gruden said that TE Jordan Reed sprained his thumb, “but should be OK” for Week 1.

• HC Pete Carroll announced that FB Heath Farwell suffered “extensive damage” to his groin and will need to undergo surgery.
