49ers

49ers RB Carlos Hyde is apparently dealing with an “undisclosed leg injury” and has missed time at OTAs.

“He’s working through the leg. It’s nothing,” HC Jim Tomsula said. “We want you 100 percent. We’re doing this offseason thing and we’re doing things fast and we’re doing all those things, so we’re not going to push. It’s not the season, so we’re trying to treat that the right way.”

Dolphins

Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports that both the Dolphins and LB Dion Jordan have been distancing each other in recent weeks following his most recent suspension.

“It’s a [bad] situation,” Dolphins DE Derrick Shelby said. “I’ve texted him a few times but got no response.”

Jets

• Jets DL Sheldon Richardson mentioned on Twitter that he’s skipping voluntary workouts to spend time with his family.

Saints

• Charles Robinson reports that the Saints are “remastering” their scouting department, which includes Jeff Ireland making some cuts to their current staff.
• Robinson mentions that we should be hearing about some scouting firings at some point in the near future.
