NFL Notes: Bears, Chiefs, Dolphins, Giants, & Panthers

Bears

• WR Brandon Marshall was limited during Saturday’s practice and is questionable for Week 3. (Rich Campbell)

• LB Shea McClellin has been ruled out of Week 3’s game against the Jets due to a hand injury. (Dan Wiederer)

Chiefs

• The Chiefs have ruled out S Eric Berry (ankle) for Week 3.
• DB Ron Parker is expected to replace Berry at safety against the Dolphins. (Terez A. Paylor)

Dolphins

• Dolphins signed S Brandian Ross from their practice squad and waived DL Bruce Gaston.

Giants

• HC Tom Coughlin announced that LB Jon Beason (foot) will miss Week 3’s game against the Texans. (Mitch Abramson)

Panthers

• The Panthers are expected to activate RB Darrin Reaves from practice squad in case RB DeAngelo Williams (hamstring) can’t play tomorrow. (Joe Person)
