Jaguars WR Allenย Robinson returned to practice this week from a stress fracture he sustained back in November 9.
“Good to be back โ thatโs the main thing,” Robinson said Thursday, via The Florida Times-Union. “I wanted to get back out there and play fast.”
Seahawks
- According to Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times, CB Will Blackmon has been lining up as the starting nickel corner during OTAs.
- Former practice squad player DE Ryan Robinson has earned time with the starting defense during OTAs at the “Leo” pass rushing position.
- OL Alvin Bailey appears “entrenched” to start at left guard.
- OLย Lemuel Jeanpierre has earned snaps with the first-team at the center spot, with Patrick Lewis as the primary backup.ย Will Pericak, Drew Nowak and sixth-round rookieย Kristjan Sokoliย have alsoย seen time at center.
- LBย Kevin Pierre-Louisย has played as a first-team strong side linebacker during OTAs, and Condotta believes he is set to become a “major factor” in the defense.
- Condotta writes that third-round rookie WR Tyler Lockett could make an impact as a receiver and a return specialist in 2015.
