Colts

• According to Mike Chappell, both the Colts and OLB Robert Mathis (Achilles) “remain noncommittal” about his Week 1 status.

Jaguars

• Adam Caplan reports that former Eagles WR Rasheed Bailey is scheduled to work out for the Jaguars this week.

Redskins

• The Redskins announced the signing of FB Ray Agnew and LB Ryan Delaire to their practice squad on Monday.

Steelers

• Rand Getlin reports that the Steelers have added LB Anthony Chickillo to their practice squad.

Texans

• Texans HC Bill O’Brien said that RB Arian Foster (groin surgery) is “doing well.” (Drew Dougherty)
• O’Brien mentioned that former No. 1 overall pick Jadeveon Clowney (knee) will play in Week 1, but he didn’t say how many snaps Clowney would receive. (Drew Dougherty)
• Aaron Wilson reports that there’s “more optimism” regarding Texans LG Xavier Su’a-Filo and his foot/ankle soft-tissue injury.
• According to Wilson, Su’a-Filo has made a lot of progress in recent weeks.
