Dan Quinn

• Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, citing a league source, reports that Seahawks DC Dan Quinn wanted to work with Vikings assistant GM George Paton if he took a head coaching opportunity, but Paton elected to remain in Minnesota. (Mike Florio)

• USC WR Nelson Agholor will enter the 2015 NFL Draft.

HC Hirings

• According to Mike Florio, there is a “widespread belief” among league sources who don’t expect any head-coaching vacancies to be filled until after this weekend’s Wild Card games are finished.
• NFL teams could start hiring head coaches earlier next week.

Jets

• Jets have requested permission to interview Saints Director of Player Personnel Ryan Pace for their GM vacancy. (Kristian Dyer)

• Packers signed C Joe Madsen to their practice squad.
