NFL Notes: Draft, Dolphins, Ravens, Redskins, Vikings

NFL Draft

• Wisconsin RB Melvin Gordon mentioned on the Dan Patrick Show (via Pro Football Talk) that he is entering the 2015 NFL Draft.

Dolphins

Veteran CB Cortland Finnegan mentioned that he expects to play in Week 15, but added that there is a chance he could call it career after the season if the Dolphins part ways with him.

“I would love to come back, but I understand the business side of it too,” Finnegan said, via the Miami Herald. “If you have to walk away from it and it’s no more, I can’t be mad. I’ve accomplished every individual goal I want to.“

Ravens

• Ravens signed WR Alec Lemon to their practice squad. (Aaron Wilson)
• Ravens signed WR Aldrick Robinson to their practice squad.

Redskins

• QB Colt McCoy participated in individual drills on Wednesday, and even took the first snap. (Mike Jones)
• WR DeSean Jackson (leg) also went through individual drills at practice on Wednesday. (Brian McNally)

Vikings

• Vikings placed LB Michael Mauti on season-ending injured reserve.
• Vikings signed OT Carter Bykowski off of the 49ers’ practice squad.
