NFL Notes: Hall of Fame, Colts, Packers, Saints & Steelers

Hall of Fame

• The NFL Hall of Fame announced that former Seahawks S Kenny Easley has been selected as a Senior Finalist for the 2017 class.
• Easley will still need 80 percent of the vote from the Selection Committee to be inducted into the Hall of Fame next year.

Colts

• Colts HC Chuck Pagano announced Monday that ILB Sio Moore suffered a “pretty significant” hamstring injury and is currently listed as week-to-week. (Kevin Bowen)

Packers

• Packers WR Jeff Janis said he’s been told his broken hand will require around 4-6 weeks after surgery to put screws in the fractured bones around his index finger. (Tom Silverstein)

Saints

• Adam Schefter reports that Saints LB Stephone Anthony is “absolutely” expected back by the team’s season opener, but will miss a couple weeks due to the leg injury he sustained last week.

Steelers

• Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports that Steelers backup QB Bruce Gradkowski has a “sizable hamstring tear” and could be placed on injured reserve in the coming weeks.
