Jason Pierre-Paul

• Ian Rapoport reports that Giants DE Jason Pierre-Paul has no more surgeries scheduled following last week’s procedure.
• Rapoport adds that the focus for JPP is now strictly on healing.
• In regards to the report of Pierre-Paul also missing a piece of his thumb, Rapoport mentions that it’s “far above the joint” and “just the tip” of his finger.

Bengals

• Jason La Canfora reports that Bengals CB Adam Jones received a fine letter from NFL today for the incident in which he knocked Raiders WR Amari Cooper‘s head against his helmet.

Browns

• ESPN’s Adam Caplan reports that Browns OLB Scott Solomon will miss 4-6 weeks with a high-ankle sprain.

Cardinals

• Ed Werder reports that the Cardinals are not interested in signing a running back, due to the belief that Andre Ellington‘s PCL injury is a short-term issue.

Texans

• Aaron Wilson reports that the Texans signed OT Joe Treadwell to practice squad.
