Jon Gruden

• A close friend of former Head Coach Jon Gruden said this about a potential vacancy in Oakland, “One of these days, he’s going to accept these offers he gets every year.  Maybe it’s this one.” (Ian Rapoport)

• The NFL reinstated suspended OT Donald Stephenson Tuesday. (Howard Balzer)

Falcons

• The Falcons worked out NFLPA President OT Eric Winston Tuesday. (Field Yates)

Panthers

• The Panthers signed LB Horace Miller to their practice squad. (Aaron Wilson)

Raiders

• Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie said inTuesday’s press conference that he will be the one to hire the next Head Coach, whomever that may be. 
• McKenzie acknowledged that he is also on the hot seat, stating “No one has to tell me my job is on the line.  No one.“
• Owner Mark Davis said that he “might contact” Jon Gruden, or that Gruden could contact him. (Tim Kawakami)
