Tom Brady

• Albert Breer reports that settlement talks yesterday between the NFL and NFLPA regarding Tom Brady “went nowhere” and admission-of-guilt remains a stumbling block for the two parties.

Buccaneers

• Aaron Wilson reports that CB Kevin Rutland recently worked out for the Falcons.

Raiders

Eric Grubman, the executive vice president of NFL Ventures and business operations, told reporters on Tuesday that there hasn’t been a “viable proposal” by the city of Oakland to keep the Raiders from relocating.

“The Oakland Raiders have great fans in Oakland city and the county of Oakland and a lot broader territory,” said Grubman, via USA Today. “But the facts on the ground are that there’s been no viable proposal that’s been made to the Raiders.”

Even Raiders owner Mark Davis isn’t sure if the team will be returning to Oakland.

“I don’t know. I don’t know,” Davis said of the team’s future in Oakland.
