Kevin Fishbain of Pro Football Weekly writes that despite New England’s need for a pass rushing defensive end, Ty Warren is guaranteed to back in the teams starting DE spot once the 2011 season is finally underway.
Last season the Patriots sorely missed Warren and his pass rushing abilities but since then the team has brought in Marcus Stroud and is rumored to be targeting another defensive end so Warren will have to prove that he’s both healthy and effective before he finds himself in the starting lineup.
